Initial Nutrition Consult $125
During the initial 60-75 minute session, Rachel will collect relevant nutrition, behavioral, and medical information from you. This first session will be conducted in an interview style. Some topics Rachel may cover include current and past eating patterns, weight history, food preferences, exercise habits, medical concerns and symptoms, and personal goals. Rachel will provide basic nutrition education and a meal plan may be created. You can expect to leave this session with 1 or 2 tangible ways to start implementing your nutrition/wellness-related goals.

Follow-up Nutrition Consult $25-100
Follow-up sessions are between 30 to 60 minutes and may be recommended on a weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly basis depending on your needs. These sessions build on your initial assessment and personal goals. We will review your weekly goals, talk through what worked and what did not, and determine the next steps to achieving wellness.
Free to all clients, Rachel provides 2x/week check-in via an online logging system to help with accountability and support as you work through your wellness goals each week.
Supported Grocery Outings - Rachel will provide guidance and support as you navigate the grocery store and choose foods that meet your nutritional needs
Meal Preparation - Rachel will work with you to prepare meals for the week so that you can be successful with meeting your nutrition and wellness goals.
