Yoga for everyBODY Tuesday  6:15-7:30p

Mindfulness-based, gentle flow vinyasa that will slowly move you through basic postures and breathing techniques. Flow sequences will emphasize non-judgmental body awareness and embracing one’s body exactly the way it is. Expect to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and with a greater sense of self-acceptance. No yoga experience necessary.
